Project Manager - Global at Jeitosa Group International in San Francisco, CA

As a Project Manager you will drive Jeitosa’s rapid deployment methodology, develop and utilize Jeitosa implementation tools, provide the highest quality implementation management and ensure total client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Plan Development
  • Project Scope and Charter Development
  • Project Schedule Maintenance
  • Project Team Oversight and Day-to-Day Management
  • Executive Steering Committee Presentations
  • Status Reporting and Issue Tracking and Resolution

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Proven project management experience, including stakeholder management, oversight of teams, work plan, scope, timeline, and risk management
  • Extensive full life-cycle implementation experience, with global roll-out
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Ability to learn quickly through instruction and self-training
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken)
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
  • Ability to train users in a classroom setting and effective knowledge transfer skills in non-classroom environment
  • Willing and able to travel to client sites for engagements

Desired Skills/Experience::

  • PMI Certification
  • Experience managing PeopleSoft, SAP, ADP Enterprise or other legacy product deployments
  • Experience with global payroll implementations across multiple countries
  • Experience traveling, living, and working outside of home country

Other:

  • While much work is performed offsite, project managers must be willing and able to travel between 50-75% to be onsite with their clients 3-5 days per week, when required.
  • Ability to maintain a home office for remote work when not traveling
